New Buildings

Existing Buildings

The Existing Building Performance Tool is designed to assess and reward the environmental performance of existing buildings with focus on the efficient operations and management of the building in order to maintain optimal performance.

Interiors

The Interiors Tool is designed to cater for new office and tenant driven fit-outs and can be applied to a single unit or a whole building. We are proud to have been the Accredited Professional of choice for the Green Building Council of South Africa’s Head Office in Cape Town, which was also the first Interiors rated Project in South Africa!

EDGE for Residential

EDGE is an acronym for Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies and is a new green building certification programme developed to cater specifically for the residential property market. We offer experienced, practical and cost effective solutions to create tangible asset based value and are involved with Clients across some of the most prestigious lifestyle estates in South Africa.

Custom Tool Design and Certification

The GBCSA have now introduced a Green Star SA Custom Tool Programme, allowing your unique facility to target and achieve a Green Star Rating. This Tool is available across light industrial, hotel, mixed use and also for winery’s and breweries, for example.

Green Star in Africa

With Green Star SA now offered in six African countries, including Kenya, Mauritius, Rwanda, Namibia, Ghana and Nigeria, we provide experienced consulting, project assessment, certification and peer review services to Project Developers, Accredited Professional and African Green Building Councils. We are also well positioned with local representation in Kenya, West Africa.
